Surface Preparation Equipment

The Vacujet is designed for use as a floor cleaning device. The device is connected to an extraction unit, enabling surfaces to be cleaned while cleaning residues are removed in an environmentally friendly manner. Depending on how closely the Vacujet needs to sweep the floor surface, it can be equipped with a brush or a sealing lip (which forms an actual seal with the floor surface). The height and the rotating speed of the nozzle bar can be adjusted, depending on the degree of contamination and condition of the floor.

When used with Aquachem high-pressure tools, the VacuTecMaster extraction system uses a compressed-air extraction unit to move water spray and removed solids via an extraction hose directly into the twin-chamber silo and from there to the collecting container. The collected solids can be disposed of with the mobile container in a professional and environmentally friendly way.

The Magnet Lizard is unbeatable when it comes to the effective cleaning, decoating, or paint stripping of large areas, e.g. ship hulls, tanks, and larger steel structures. It adheres magnetically to any magnetic surface – horizontal, inclined, vertical, or overhead. Remotely controlled and self-propelled, the Lizard makes scaffolding unnecessary and so reduces the costs to a minimum. With working pressures of up to 43,500 psi (3000 bar) and a working width of up to 15 inches (400 mm), the Lizard ensures precise working and high area efficiency.

The MCS Safety cleaning system is used for cleaning dirty and contaminated workpieces, e.g.in the chemical industry or in nuclear power plants. The parts to be cleaned are fixed easily to a mobile table which can be controlled by a steering wheel. The water tool here is attached to a telescopic lance and is controlled from behind protective walls. The user is always outside the hazard area and does not have to wear protective clothing which is normally required for high-pressure applications.

So small and light that it gets to all unreachable places. Once in position, the Aquachem Jetty is extremely powerful and able to perform countless cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
