PreventMaster® SFV 1200-1 is a ready-to-use system for quick and safe cleaning of tube bundle heat exchangers. The system is designed for tube bundle heat exchangers with flange collars up to 47 inches (1200 mm). For larger cleaning tasks, the system is individually tailored to the application. As an option, the PreventMaster® can be equipped with the pneumatically controlled feed unit FlexLanceMaster®.

FlexLanceMaster® is a pneumatic hose feeding device for the remote-controlled extension and retraction of high-pressure cleaning hoses in tube bundle heat exchangers. This makes it a sensible extension to the portal system PreventMaster® (not included). With a wide selection of roller sets, the system can be adapted to many applications.

TubeMaster is a complete system for the efficient cleaning of pipes of more than a 2 inch (45 mm) diameter. It consists of a pneumatically driven drive unit that rotates the high-pressure hose and a feeder unit which pushes the hose through the cleaning object. Combine with Aquachem’s Whirl Disk jet nozzle (not included).

Aquachem’s pipe cleaning carriage is a Turbo Nozzle attachment set for cleaning the interior of pipes. The adjustable frame is used to adjust the pipe cleaning carriage to pipe inner diameters ranging from 4 to 14 inches (100 to 350 mm). Extension arms can be fitted to the nozzle carrier head: these permit the adjustment of the nozzle to pipe wall distance.

The Centering Carriage keeps a centric positioning of different water tools in round containers or pipes. It allows the variable setting of diameters in the range of 16 – 59 inches (410 – 1,500 mm).

The Eco Top Drill 3000 is a high-pressure jetting gun equipped with a pneumatically driven rotary lead-through and an electric remote control. The composition of Eco Top Drill, lance pipe, and nozzle carrier head offers optimal cleaning of the inner walls of pipes. Standard equipment includes; a trigger safety guard and latching trigger lock to prevent unintentional use, forged steel pressure housing, and lightweight polymerized hand grip.

The Skip Jack pendulum nozzle is the ideal tool for sewer cleaning. Sewers with large diameters must generally only be cleaned at their sole because there the mud settles and the sewer begins to pollute. Non-specialized water tools usually radiate symmetrically and thus also on the surfaces of the channel, which do not have to be cleaned. This requires more energy than is required for the cleaning task. The cylindrical pendulum nozzle Skip Jack is held in a defined position by a special construction which, in combination with the specially designed nozzles, ensures efficient cleaning of the sewer sole.
